Chylopites Pasta with Carob Flour Maggiri
These unique carob flour chylopites are a healthy alternative to the traditional Greek ones made of flour and eggs. A popular vegan choice, this pasta is low in fat, high in fiber and with antioxidant properties. They have a very distinct flavour and need very little to enchance it, such as a few drops of olive oil or freshly cut basil.
